HEAT PLUS is constituted by the association of two powerful antibacterial agents and a mucolytic expectorant. The synergistic action of sulfamonomethoxine with trimethoprim has provided a significant dimension to the treatment with sulfonamides and to which bromhexine has been added, whose therapeutic action is immediate, facilitating the action of antibiotics. Sulfamonometoxin acts by blocking the synthesis of dihydrofolic acid and trimethoprim inhibits the enzyme hydrate reductase to prevent the formation of tetrahydrofolic acid (folinic acid) which is necessary for the synthesis of bacterial DNA.

LEVODROG
LEVODROG has as an active ingredient the Levofloxacin, a third generation fluoroquinolone that inhibits the activity of the bacterial enzyme topoisomerase IV, necessary for the formation and proper replication of DNA, preventing the reproduction of bacterial cells thus controlling infections.
