EM-DROG

Product based on saprophytic microorganisms which are formed by a high pressure treatment of a very diverse group of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms that are naturally found in the environment. It contains high concentrations of lactic acid bacteria (lactobacilli and Pediococcus sp.), yeasts (sacromycetes), photosynthetic bacteria concentrations (Rhodopseudomonas sp.) and actinomycetes. These microorganisms come in a special vehicle (fossilized silica) that has an abrasive effect on fly larvae, since affects the cuticle of the larva causing to lose fluids and generating death by dehydration.

MECHANISM OF ACTION
It promotes the proliferation of beneficial microorganisms, which act through competitive exclusion by the organic matter that serves as food for the pathogenic bacteria and fly larvae that live in the beds. In addition, they produce substances specific to their metabolism, such as organic acids that directly control populations of pathogenic microorganisms.
